Bring 2 new current proofs of residence during one of the registration events. Proofs can be brought to the 3-5 office July 22-24 from 2:30-4:30 or July 29-31 between 8:00 and 12:00.
Mark your calendar-
Meet the Teacher will be held in the gym Thursday, August 7th. Students must be registered by 7/31/25 to be placed on a class roll. This is a great time to bring school supplies, pick up clear backpack, purchase spirit shirts, pay the $5.00 school fee, and complete transportation forms.
We will stagger the times based on last name to assist with wait times. Follow the schedule below:
Last names with letters A-M 3:30-4:30
Last names with letters N-Z 4:30-5:30
If your family has students with multiple last names, pick one time to attend.

At our end of the year awards, students in first, second, third and fourth grades were celebrated. Students received awards based on quarters 1-3 for honor roll, pride and AR. Thanks for a great year little Wildcats!

We are incredibly proud of the fourth graders who were inducted into the National Elementary Honor Society at McDavid-Jones today! These students have maintained academic excellence as well as displayed exemplary leadership skills throughout their elementary education. McDavid-Jones Elementary's National Elementary Honor Society enjoyed a fun-filled academic field trip recently to Colonial Forte Conde, History Museum of Mobile, and the Phoenix Fire Museum. What a wonderful way to learn about Mobile history!
