Uniform Information
Girls
Solid Red or Navy Polo with collar
Navy/Khaki pants, capri pants, knee length shorts
Khaki or Navy jumper, skirt or skort
Navy or Red Polo dress
Brown or Black belt (Grades 3, 4 and 5)
Socks
McDavid-Jones Wildcat Spirit Shirts may be worn any day of the week
Boys
Solid Red or Navy Polo with collar
Navy/Khaki pants or shorts
Brown or Black belt (Grades 3, 4 and 5)
Socks
Shoes – Any type tennis “athletic” shoes that tie or Velcro can be worn
to class and P.E.
Outerwear – Any color jacket or sweater is allowed. McDavid-Jones sweatshirts or hoodies.
No boots, clogs, sandals, cleats or heels
No Jeans, Cargos, Carpenter Pants, Bell Bottoms,
Stretch, Over-sized Pants or *Sweat Pants (only on cold weather days)
Fundraisers – At times students may be allowed to come out of uniform for pictures or fundraisers. These will be announced.
v Fundraiser on Fridays: Jeans and Jerseys or Wildcat shirts
for $1 donation.
Wearing uniforms is mandated by the school system. If your child is out of
uniform, you will receive a letter to that effect. If he/she still isn’t in uniform,
your child will be suspended under Mobile County’s Code of Conduct.
The Student Code of Conduct addresses behaviors or actions which may
be disruptive to the orderly operation of school. Please be advised that this
general prohibition will be applied to such accessories as body piercing,
unusual hair dye or tattoos. The only jewelry that will be allowed are stud
earrings and wristwatches. No rolling book bags allowed.
