It's homecoming week for the Wildcats! Theme 1- Wear your class colors.

This morning, Mrs. Thomas' first-grade students actively participated in an engaging activity involving a life-size number line. The students constructed the number line themselves and then utilized it to count backward in order to solve a subtraction equation.

Reminder: Homecoming week begins Tuesday!

Ms. Johnson's 4th grade and Ms. Weaver's 2nd grade classes were attendance winners for the week. Great job on having the highest attendance!

Mrs. Qualls' class is turning science into hands-on fun! Students participated in a Mystery Bag Lab. Students had to touch the items in the bags without peaking and wrote down properties to help describe the items. Students then made an educated guess on what they thought the item was based on their observations. Students loved the hands on exposure to deepen their knowledge about materials and their properties.
