Ms. Owens students faced their fears and reached into mystery boxes to pull out math problems! From squishy surprises to slimy challenges, everyone had a blast reviewing key math skills. Even our amazing faculty and admin joined in on the fun — proving that learning can be both spooky and exciting!

Mrs. Smith's class listened to a reading of Room on the Broom. Following the book, her class made brooms and hats for a treat.

Today Mrs. Hare's class had the best time learning with Spookley the Square Pumpkin! Students listened to the story and used Boom Card Companions to sequence the events in the story, made their own square pumpkins (then of course ate them), and celebrated being unique, kind, and wonderfully made—just like Spookley!🧡

Mrs. Rushing’s math surgeons scrubbed in for a day of mathematical surgery! 🩺✂️ Students “operated” on arrays, dissecting numbers and stitching together a deeper understanding of the distributive property of multiplication.

Mrs. Boltz’s class held their first Science Fair. They learned how to use the Scientific Method and completed their projects to display at the fair. They learned so much and did a great job!

Mrs. Hall’s third grade class is learning about a plant’s life cycle. Students are beginning an inquiry on the different rates of sprouting for seeds. Students are sprouting lemon balm, chamomile, and lima beans. Today, students bagged and hung them in the windows. Students will check daily to watch the sprouting process and document data for 2 weeks.

🎃✨ Cutest Pumpkins in the Patch! ✨🎃
Mrs. Hare's students had so much fun painting pumpkins for their in classroom pumpkin project! Each one is full of color, creativity, and a whole lot of personality.
While students painted, they also practiced fine motor skills — holding brushes, mixing colors, and painting those happy pumpkin faces!
Mrs. Hare, Mrs. McKnight, and Ms. Allison definitely have the cutest pumpkins in the patch!🧡🎃

Our 1st Quarter Awards Day Parade will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025. The schedule is as follows: 3-5 @ 1:00 p.m. and Prek- 2 @ 1:30 p.m.
